Theresa is amazing. She takes the time to listen to u. Office staff is great to. Havent had a problem yet.
I do appreciate the attitudes of ALL of the staff with whom I have interfaced, and they deserve 5 stars ! I have to say that communications (which deserves no more than ONE STAR for SCHC ) are EXTREMELY difficult when not in the facility itself. Some issues have persisted since I became a patient about 3 years ago. I have found sending a message through the portal usually results in NO response. It is getting harder to reach a person by phone. Calls almost ROUTINELY get routed to an answering machine, and I cannot recall EVE... read more
