Never have I seen such a disregard to help people. I am new to the area and I had an appointment today for a check up. I had called a day prior as well as an hour prior to my appointment to retrieve the address. There was no answer. I waited on the line for an extended period of time. I did not leave a voicemail either time. I showed up to what I thought was the office 30 minutes prior to my appointment.
