Absolutely the worst in communication. Appointment in January still awaiting on prescription program to get prescription. Absolutely no help. This is day 2 of answering service with no help!! No return calls. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDER... ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FOR COMMUNICATION 😡 And again paperwork not provided by doctor's office to get prescription. Appointment 1/15 still waiting on prescription!!!

Dr. Rylander is incredible. He is a wonderful doctor who really cares for his patients. The only downside if that you don’t have office appointments with him, only with the NP. I’ve had two colonoscopies with this practice and will continue to work with them. Office staff is also very nice.

I would not return or recommend. Office staff was hit or miss depending on who you talk to, I did not see the Dr, only the PA, who was so upset when I asked questions and discussed my previous diagnosis ( which did not align with what she was saying ) I could not get a word in and she was visually upset with my questions. Unhelpful at every step and I did not feel my health was a priority at any point in my visit.

This place is horrible people in the front desk. VERRY RUDE!!!! They are not very nice people threatening to not assist me any longer if I cancel or reschedule again, even though they have been the ones to cancel or reschedule my appointments the first time around. The second time they rescheduled me last minute not realizing I had prior engagements and the appointments being so far out. Professionalism is very poor in my opinion.
