We have been patients of Dr Jack for many years. My husband sees him every month or so, he’s is excellent in handling foot and toe problems associated with diabetes as well as other specialties. His whole team are so wonderful to interact with, some of the sweetest people ever!
So happy that my wife was referred here to this family friendly doctors office. I went with her and it was everything and more that we received from Dr MacKenney. Examination and X-ray and diagnosis explained to us what options we had. He explained everything that needed to been done to relieve the pain in my wife's foot. Heck while I was there I asked Dr MacKenney about issues with my foot pain and he did an exam right there on the spot. He gave my options. Boy I'm so glad that I was there. I went once and won't be returning. While his medical advice was adequate, his bedside manner was terrible. I expect more professionalism from a healthcare provider.
BEWARE. Falsely billed me for services that were NEVER PROVIDED (X-rays) and a 10 minute consultation (over $250) to show me what insoles my child could use because there is no treatment for flat foot-footedness. I have no issue with the office fee (outrageous nonetheless) I have an issue with the bill arriving to me 6 MONTHS AFTER WE VISTED THIS OFFICE!!!!! They made a mistake and instead of calling me and apologizing and fixing it right away, the doctor proceeds to threaten me that regardless of their mistake I owe them th... read more
Awful. My foot is much worse than it was. He nearly hobbled me. He should never operate on anyone again.
