Called them to get my window fixed and he hung up on me :/
They installed the glass on a shower last year. After 2-3 months glass door started dragging. Now cannot be opened or closed. I called them to have them come over and fix it. They gave me a date to come but didn’t show up- no cancellation or anything. Second time they did the same thing. Then didn’t reply to messages. Going with someone else. Don’t waste your time with this company.
Talked on a Saturday was told Window could fixed Monday and was given an estimate. I asked if the guy could call us back the following day when available so we could set up a time. Never received a call and never called us back after leaving voice mails Sunday and Monday. Ended up calling Mainline Glass and they did a beautiful job, very friendly/professional, came out hours after calling, same price as this company.
Worse serves I ever had
I had a very good experience with this company. I tried their shower glass installation and I am pleased with the result. Very reasonable prices with quality service.
