I was very impressed with the social demeanor of the staff! Everyone was very kind and personable. The office is very well maintained. Dr Jacobs very one on one and reasonable.
Friendly staff and skillful/knowledgeable professionals make painful / unpleasant experiences manageable. That's what Dr. Jacobs and his dedicated team are all about. Minimizing pain and discomfort, while ensuring patient care and client priorities come first. Everyone is treated with patience and empathy regardless of how stressed or anxious a patient feels about dental procedures. Its a very refreshing to come to NMDG and be treated with care and sensitivity. A very welcoming change from other dental groups.
