from reception to assistant to doctor, everything ready to go as soon as I arrived. Modern streamlined no frills office with modern tech. Dentist very knowledgeable. Once examines & diagnoses had a range of options & pricing for my particular problem. Yet took time to explain and describe.
I have never felt so comfortable at a Dentist office before today. Friendly service/staff/atmosphere. Reasonable prices.
Dr. Michael makes me feel comfortable and relax when I need to see a true professional dentist at the North Miami Group. His staff is caring and warm. Trust me, and if you need a Dentist, you need to go and see Dr. Michael and his wondaful staff.
I really recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist these people are the best, very nice, patient friendly and respectful. .
I hadn't been to the dentist for a while, and unfortunately while on vacation in Miami Beach I chipped my tooth. This dental practice saw me right away, didn't charge for a checkup or X-Ray. The dentist was a young Asian woman--very friendly, and I immediately felt she was excellent--really knew her stuff. I had my six month dental cleaning today and I can only say that Maria, the dental hygienist is the most caring, diligent, and gentle hygienist that I have ever encountered. I highly recommend North Miami dental group as a dental practice that is compared to no other.
Friendly staff. You walk in to a great office that is clean and feels modern. The staff is great. Had a cleaning with Maria today. She is one best dental hygienist that I have come across. Makes sure your comfortable and does a great job. So I am happy with the results. All in all just a great experience even though I don’t like going to the dentist. I would highly recommend stopping by if you need anything done for your teeth.
