Something led me in to office, perhaps the big smile of Joss at front desk. Verified they accepted my insurance and they began immediately. I was impressed with the up to date technology and friendly staff. The cleaning was painless yet thorough. The dr. explained the plan to get my teeth in shape. Everything was easy peasy. So happy I dropped in to the family like staff - and my smile says so. Gratitude.
This was my first visit to North Miami Dental Groip The staff was very helpful and friendly. The office is beautiful inside and has brand new state of the art equipments. Dr. Jacobs was very thorough and professional. I’ve been to many dentists in the past and I have to say that Dr. Jacobs is one the most thorough and honest dentist I have seen. . I already made appointments to have my family be seen by Dr. Jacobs. The hygienists in their office are excellent as well.
All around very impressed with my visit. Very nice and modern facility. Staff is very attentive and hospitable from the time you walk in until you walk out. Dr. Jacobs is top notch keeping you informed on the procedure and makes sure your comfortable while he works his magic. Definitely the place to be if you need dental work done.
