I wasn't aware all packages expire . I understand monthly all you can tan does, but not the other tan purchases. I only tan a couple times prior to vaca so I don't tan often. When I went in recently, they told me my 10 tans expired a month or so earlier. The manager wouldn't even try and work something out . She said I signed a form when I signed up initially stating the expiration . Since I've been a client back when it was tantastic.. I don't remember this.
