Less than professional. Moved locations with notice at 11 pm the night before. No considerations to clients and upcoming events. Do not count on this company to be prepared to help or follow though. Do not book them for special events!!!!!!!

Had a manicure with Ana with a brand new product that was supposed to dry in 5 minutes…it took 2 hours for a manicure. I understand that she had to remove the gel I had on, which took one hour, but then it took another hour to apply the 5 minutes polish. That new product is supposed to last up to 5 weeks. We’ll, the very next day, it started to peel off… so needless to say, I’m not going again
