Denise gave me such a great massage I took my time to come here and give her a shout out.
I came here a week ago for a cut, full color, highlights, brow tint and brow wax and was blown away by the staff from beginning to end. The color was beautiful, although I noticed a few washes later that they underside of my hair wasn't done hardly at all. I was upset about it, so I called them and they apologized profusely and scheduled me immediately to come in and have it fixed as a courtesy, no charge. Lauren is amazing with color and has a wonderful personality! If you are into blonde highlights, that you want to blend beautifully and look natural, even they are blonde and your natural color is not, Lauren can do it - she's so talented!!!!
