Jeff was really knowledgable: fixed my tub and gave me some great pointers on maintenance. I have had this tub for about 12 years and no other business gave me the kind of information Jeff did. Jeff will definitely be my one and only call for my hot tub. Returns phone calls and is on time! Bonus!
Jeff from Spa Tec is great! I recently moved into my first home, and it came with an outdoor hot tub. Broken heater on my hot tub in the middle of winter - YIKES! Jeff responded quickly to my call and was able to come out in a timely manner and fix the problem. Prompt and professional, will call him next time something breaks on the hot tub.
Jeff from Spatec has been maintaining my spa for over 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. Have had many compound problems which he has been able to diagnose quickly and repair with parts in stock on his truck, much more reasonably than the spa dealer. He even talks me through simple problems over the phone instead of having to have a service call where ever possible.
We just had another great experience with the team at Spa Tec. Problems were solved and the tub is back in service!
We were fortunate to recently have come across Jeff D****** at Spa Tec. Jeff has an impeccable work ethic and when servicing the spa at our home he went above and beyond in the service that he provided and the information that he took the time to go over with us.
