I called Spa Tec yesterday and they showed up next day. We live in *********** area and finding a service company can be a bit difficult. They showed up and fixed the ******* tub in about 30 minutes. Fast and great service! I would highly recommend!
We scheduled a Serenity Bath spa pump repair with **** at Spa Tec. He was able to schedule quickly. **** discovered that our pump was actually functioning well, but some work done by a previous electrician was what was causing our issue. **** ordered *****, returned the following week, and was able to fix the shoddy "repair" done by the electrician. **** is efficient, professional, and fairly priced. I highly recommend.
I would give Spa Tech and **** more stars if it was allowed. I have a Cal spa that was not maintaining heat and sending message codes indicating the pump was not functioning properly. We were going to junk it but decided to call around to see if it was worth salvaging. After many calls to companies that wouldnt service our area (even though it was 2 miles out of range) or our particular unit, we finally landed on Spa Tech. Our outdoor SoftHeat sauna worked great for 18 years....and then it didn't. For 2 years I searched online, made calls, all dead ends and I gave up. I was just about to give up on fixing our Soft Heat sauna until I found Spa Tec. They had exactly what I needed to fix our La Grande Quartet model. We purchased the DIY Replacement Digital Control System and it works like a charm! Very detailed instructions included and only took 1 hour from start to finish (and that was taking my time). We received the replacement part within 2 days of ordering it as well! Highly recommend if you are on the fence....can't wait to start using our sauna again!
