Great Couples Massage – I had scheduled a couples massage at Spa Sasse for my anniversary (dec. 31st). We had the entire day planned so you can imagine our disappointment when we received a call a few hours prior to our appointment letting us know that one of the massage therapist had called in sick and they didn't have anyone to take their place. Unfinished Manicures – Don't come here for a manicure. I brought a friend here for a manicure over Christmas break. We arrived a few minutes late and they were kind of enough to begin our manicures asap. The only thing was, when we were through and about to leave, we noticed neither of our nails had been fully painted. Hers were the worst, unfortunately. Secret Oasis! – One of the best things about Spa Sasse is that it is tucked away in the basement, and it feels like you have found a secret oasis! I went for the urban tan before a Christmas party, and it was a great experience! Having never been to a spa before and never having any sort of spa treatment, I was a little apprehensive as to what I would think about it. The spa is so calming and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I need an excuse to go back!

avoid worst service – I called to get relaxing thermal tub before work. when i called it did notseem like the gentlemen on the phone was paying attention he forgot to ask for my name. Wonderful experience – First of all, make sure you leave enough time to park downtown. I was going to park across the street but the parking structure was full as were most of the others in the area. After finding a parking garage, my sister in law and my self were a little late for our spa day. Never the less, the staff were really nice about it and got us back right away. Absolutely Divine! – Divine Renewal is hands down the most relaxing and luxurious experience that you can offer yourself in the area and I would rate it over any of the spas that I've tried. My massage was amazing, and the facial itself was divine. My multi-talented therapist took the stress out of my body and beamed me right into heaven with the facial. LOVE Laser! – Laser hair removal has worked wonders for me. I had very furry arms, and just four treatments is all it took to reduce my fuzz to the point that I feel comfortable showing my arms. Great Spa - Give it a try! – The first time I went here was last year for a waxing and have been coming back ever since. The staff has always been pleasant and courteous. I would have to recommend asking for Amber if you want a wax. After formally living in Scottsdale, AZ and going to some wonderful spas there, I would have to say Amber is one of the best I have ever gone to. Laser Hair Removal isn't permanent. – I had 2 areas of laser hair removal done earlier this year in hopes that I wouldn't have to shave or wax come summertime. I did 4 sessions on each area and while I was still being treated I saw minimal hair regrowth but now, about 4 months later, my normal hair growth has returned. There was never a guarantee that the hair wouldn't come back but I didn't expect for normal hair growth to return so quickly. As we tell all our clients in the initial consultation, laser does not work for everyone, results vary from person to person, four treatments is the bare minimum required, and it may likely take more than the bare minimum for best results. We wish you would have commmunicated with us directly, we would have been happy to work with you, and we often have specials on laser packages.
