Loves the services offered at the spa
Had the scrub/massage it was great very friendly staff nice amenities sauna jacuzzi etc you can use them all day when a treatment
Cassie goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while shopping in the retail part of the spa. She was very helpful when it came to educating me on the products. Her customer service is superior and she represents the Boca Raton resort in the very best way they’re lucky to have her!
Facial was perfect, but the staff working the check in area and the workers in the changing room not so nice. The girls at the check acted like they hated their job. Appeared hating seeing people walk through the doors. Very disappointed for a 5 star spa! Rude front staff, seemed to loathe people and their job
