The Spa is beautiful and Marie was so nice and treated us amazing! However… the girl at the reception was very rude. Super disrespectful for no reason. This is completely unacceptable treatment for a 5 star Spa. You need to do better.

My massage with Augustin was absolutely exceptional. His technique was incredibly skilled — he knew exactly how to release deep tension while still creating a completely calming, restorative experience. I walked in feeling tight and stressed and left feeling lighter, looser, and totally refreshed. It’s rare to find a therapist who can balance therapeutic precision with pure relaxation so seamlessly.
