Booked a First Timers Pkg (although I have been there many times for massages) this package was worth every penny!! I would highly recommend it and make sure you plan to spend about 4-5 hours, of pure relaxation �
Booked a couples package with the lodge. Going to the spa was the perfect way to be relaxed on our vacation. The service was great and worth every penny. I felt very comfortable and welcome there.
Very friendly staff. Had the couples massage and it was fantastic. The spa itself has a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!
Edited- The assistant spa director, Amy, contacted me the very next day to make this right! Great customer service and will attempt to make this clear to clients when booking online. -Disappointing to spend a great deal of money on a massage and not get to use the hot springs without spending another $25. The website should be clear that a massage only includes use of the steam room. One would expect, unless explicitly told, that hot springs use is included since they share the property.
Such attention to detail and professional care. They made me feel fabulous for my wedding day! ❤️
