They were all so friendly and Nicole a great deep tissue massage. Really helped my neck and left side of my back that was tight. Definitely will visit them again!

I went as a first timer to Spa Northwest to have a massage. The Spa itself was gorgeous and all of the staff were wonderfully approachable and professionally. My massage with Lauren was perfection itself. I will be back.

Great place for yoga wonderful teachers friendly staff
Visiting my parents and brought my mother- a first time yogi at age 75-- to Linda's Gentle Yoga class. What a treat for both of us! Linda is kind, knowledgeable and relaxing. We had a terrific experience and I would recommend to anyone- new or experienced!
