RecommendedThis place is awesome! Amazing staff!! I'm here about 3 times a week. Great place for a massage and yoga! Elizabeth's class on Thursday evenings is wonderful. This restorative class has you leaving stress free and relaxed. Cannot recommend enough!

I've had a few massages here and they are always fantastic! Libby and Natalie do a great job, and the atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. I had some pretty good knots in my upper back today and Natalie made them so much better!
I just had TWO massages here today. A 90 minute deep tissue and then a 1 hour Thai massage. Evlin, my therapist was fantastic. She definitely has the magic touch and did wonders to work out all my aches and pains. I can actually rotate my shoulders again and my hamstrings are finally stretched out. If you are ever in the area, you must try this place. It's really inviting, comfortable and all the staff are very friendly. The ladies warmly greeted me and my wife when we came in for our couples massage. Our individual masseuses were friendly and attentive. When we left the spa we were floating on air and felt very relaxed.
The massage I received was the best deep tissue massage , I have ever had. The staff was friendly and their service was top notch. They instantly made you feel at home. I would definitely go back for another massage if I lived closer!!!
It’s spotless! The yoga room is large and inviting. The apparel is nicely priced. The owner is friendly and inviting, the yoga instructor Jenny is knowledgeable and very sweet
