My shellac polish came off after 1 day. I went back to get it fixed, and when I went back for a fill they kept saying they didn't have anyone available. Yet there were more than 4 nail techs on the floor. Don't waste your time going to ANY SALON that all techs on the floor can't do everything. It's a waste of time. The prices are nice, but not worth the hassle.
My sister and I went here for a pedicure while visiting from out of town. The service was prompt and these were some of the best pedicures we’ve ever had. The techs were friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll visit again.

I've been a customer of spa nails for over 10 years. I given gift certificates to my family and friends because i like their service. If a nail broke or it chipped within the first week I have been able to go back and Linda will fix it if I was not happy with a service from someone else Linda did take a look and fix it. The prices are reasonable. I am a satisfied customer
