I did serious comparison shopping and I saved over $2000 buying from them! I also received a military discount on top of it all. They really take care of their first responders. I like that its made right there and a USA product. You do not find that anymore hardly.

I moved to Tampa and didn't know anything about the area but I knew I wanted a hot tub for my porch since I've always had one up north. I admit I did not do my research and I bought from a company that I don't want to mention their name because they do not deserve free advertisement from me regardless of It being negative. WOW WOW WOW! I have to say they have the most awesome customer service. I am a first time hot tub owner and if there was something to do wrong with it, I would do it lol. So long story short, I totally messed up the chemicals and pushed random control buttons...messed it all the way up. I called them directly and got walked through it all so easily. Awesome ! My swim spa is so cool. The price was even better. Really though, I am so pleased with how everything turned out with the purchased of my swim spa site unseen. I live in MN and did everything over the phone. The shipping went as smooth as can be. Sarah did a great job making sure the driver stayed in contact with us so we knew when it arrived. I want everyone to know how wonderful my experience was with this company. Everything from walking in the door to look at their selection to getting my hot tub delivered was so smooth. I enjoy relaxing in the morning before work and at the end of the day before bed. This makes everyday so much better.

All I can say is "WOW" this company has gone above and beyond for me! I had an old existing hot tub in the house I purchased and I didn't want to replace it right away but it needed repairs. The service the they sent out over time was so polite and always got me up and going. So I finally got ready to purchase a new hot tub and replace the old one so of course I bought from Spa Manufacturers. I am so happy with my hot tub! I had the best experience visiting their showroom and so did my dog! I really recommend spa manufacturers if you are looking for a hot tub because they are so friendly and most of all AFFORDABLE! The delivery crew was extremly helpful showing me how to use my chemicals and controls. I LOVE MY HOT TUB!!!

Only one star. They sell you a spa then you need to follow up on bad parts. No customer service at all. I would never recommend this outfit. The sales group have no idea on customer service. They tell you go see the owner. Run Run from the company.
