We adore our swim spa and on the few occasions we've required customer assistance to replace aging pumps and valves, the staff has been stellar with their support, concern and ability to get us back in the water as soon as possible. We love the swim spa and use it year round with minimal maintenance. Spa Manufactures, Inc is a lovely company to work with and clearly take pride in their fine products.

Purchased our very first spa from spa manufacturers 4 years ago. For the most part it is nice. They do break down like everything else. After 3 years the heater panel stopped working which also handles the water flow. We were just out of warranty and had to pay for a new panel install. We had a few valves go bad and are pretty simple to replace. The problem is getting to talk to someone in parts, which could take an extra day for them to call you back. Definitely con artists over there. Bought a 4k hot tub and they delivered some cheap cheap crap that looks nothing like what we were sold on.. stay away they are a scam. These positive reviews are all fake

Normally I never take the time to write a review but I have to under these circumstances. From the beginning of talking to Meg... my salesperson to the correspondance with Sarah my shipping clerk to Rueben my delivery guy... WHAT POLITENESS, PROFESSIONALISM and overall experience each one from start to finish provided was second to none.

Short story: spas are cheaply made. Cabinet is rotting. Had to replace electronics and panel in less than five years. Cover can't keep from getting water logged. And so on. Look inside the cabinets. Ask to see their written warranty. That will tell you all you need to know.

So extremely happy! We recieved our swim spa a few days ago and I have swam in it twice a day. WOW what a workout! When I'm done I just float over to the therapy jets and relax. No sooner then my head hits the pillow I am asleep. This is exactly what I envisioned during the entire purchase and shipping process! A+ company!

I wish I could give them more then 5 stars. I am so happy I purchased my swim spa from this company, everything my sales person and the shipping manager Told me was so accurate to the T. I did my shopping around and I got so many mixed and confusing “answers” from other places but when I called spa manufacturers, I felt so good with everything discussed immediately. I was also super happy they have excellent shipping timeframes from the moment of purchase. I’ve had my swim spa for a few months now and love it!

We are all enjoying our 650 waterfall hot tub we bought from Spa Manufacturers. Our sales person was great and the delivery guys were very polite. The kids have a blast in it, my husband and I really like the therapy jets. It make for a nice evening for us all!

Just got done using my hot tub and I must say this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. You do not realize how much having one helps your body. I love that I was able to custom place some of my jets to hit exactly where I need them to hit. If you are in the market for a hot tub, I highly recommend Spa Manufacturers. They have absolutely stellar customer service and hot tubs!
