Mixed feelings about first trip. Planned daughters 18th birthday to include massage and facial. My massage was great (Jimmy) but her massage included a therapist (Chelsea) with ice cold hands and forearms and an unrequested scalp massage that left her hair dripping with oil! We are currently at CVS buying baby powder and a wide headband to try to salvage the rest of the day before we drive back to the west side. Didn't stay for the facial. So sorry to hear about your less than perfect spa day. We usually ask if the guests want head massage because not everyone loves it (and some guests get really upset if we don't do it!) We are glad you enjoyed your massage and we promise to remind Chelsea to make sure she checks in with every guest before including head massage in her therapy. Hopefully your daughter will feel comfortable communicating her preferences next time she gets a massage too!
My boyfriend and I felt like pampered royalty!! Massage was okay.. But overall , the experience was amazing!!
