This is my go to place...always warm & cozy. Make it a,day with lunch and relaxing as long as I want. Yoga is great addition!

From the moment my husband and I walked in the door we were treated well. Heidi gave us a tour before my husband left me for a birthday spa day. Each of the practitioners made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Lunch was delicious and I even had time to use the whirlpool, pool, sauna, and steam! If you're looking for a place to relax, Spa Lamar is well worth the value. I'll be back for sure!
Heidi and her staff graciously hosted our retreat. I received a massage. My therapist Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm a runner with very tight calves. He worked on them and even stretched them for me. I feel like I'm running on new legs! I will definitely be back and tell my friends!
