I found Spa Lamar on the internet. I was a Texas tourist who enjoyed a yoga class, had the best hot stone massage in my life from Tammy Munich and ordered a delicious salad for lunch. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was very friendly. A fabulous experience.

Today was my first time visiting Spa Lamar. From the moment I walked thru the doors I felt welcomed and relax. The warm feeling and low key atmosphere is incredible. I started out with a yoga class given by Jennifer. It was powerful and calming. The yoga room is well appointed with all the tools you'll need. On to my spa day starting with lunch at the pool and jacuzzi. Then a 1.5 hour massage with Tammy left me balanced, strong feeling and relaxed. Next was the facial with Nubia. I have been here 4 times. Today had a appointment and after 30mins I had to find out they forgot about my massage. This is the second time it has happened. I will never come here again. Worse ever
