Simply blissful – Hidden away in my own private room, highly skilled people, where some products are edible and where nurturing the soul is part of the process - I could not ask for a better experience. I have been to so many spas in NY to date and have not found this type of individual care and attention anywhere else. I simply loved my time and will return again and again. Hats off to you all at Spa Ja. You certainly know how to take care of your clients!

PERFECT! – Excelent service! I went there for manicure, pedicure and leg-and-bikini wax and I got probably the best service ever (and I have always been a frequent SPA-user!). In addition, the owners are super-friendly and they don't force you to buy their things. Their employees are also friendly, yet without being "curious" nor imposing a conversation. The setting is also very nice. This is now my SPA.

Just wonderful – My first experience at Spa Ja was on a Friday night at the end of a very hectic work week and in advance of a weekend trade show. The oxygen facial accompanied by reflexology and hand massage left me in the most wonderfully peaceful place, feeling as pampered as a princess. The respectful and professional attitude of the staff added to my extremely positive experience. I went home that night, relaxed and glowing. Thanks you Spa Ja!!

We're In Love With Spa Ja! – From the moment they walked in the door of Spa Ja, my daughter and her friends were in love! For her "Sweet Sixteen" party, she chose an afternoon at Spa Ja with her best friends--and they were in heaven. The lovely scent and beautiful decor mirrored the great care and expertise offered by the wonderful people at Spa Ja. Soon it will be my turn at this wonderful spa...

A New York Home! – I have a stressful job so I frequent spas. Most NYC places tend to rush through the door so that the post-massage/facial experience is not comforting. The Staff at Spa Ja are fantastic. . . they are nurturing and talented. They welcomed me as if it was their home and they catered to my every interest. It was an experience unlike ANY I have had in the city. . . .I guess I have found my piece of solace in this concrete jungle! JA DROPPING!! – In case my last review didn't post - this place is pure heaven. Honestly, the service, skill, and cleaniness was incredible. Best massage I ever had (it beat out the volcanic mud massage in Costa Rica!) Walking up the stairs feels like every worry just peels away. The owner is so wonderful and her stories of Brazil make you feel like home. Her products and her passion show through with every detail.
