Fabulous Spa treatments – As a very satisfied customer of Spa Ja I'dlike to respond to the very negative and, think, suspious review below. Wondering if there was an ulterior motive ????? I too, am having laser hair removal with Roxana and am thrilled with the results. She is the most experiened technician I've encountered (and I live most of the time in Plam Beach the home of great Spas). No longer do i dread a day at the beach. In fact I can't wait for the season to begin. FIVE STARS !!!!! Spa Ja.
Excellent Laser Treatment! Relaxing environment! – I get my laser treatment done by Roxanna who clearly knows what she is doing. Roxanna promptly answered all my questions, and explained the procedure to me in details. Roxanna also gives me extra insight about laser and other beauty treatments. Spa Nein!!!! – I went to Spa Ja, result is simply Spa Nein. After reading all the reviews about their technicians, I thought I would have been impressed. However, their laser seems to be quite strange and much different from all the other consultations I went to. Their pricing was fair but their knowledge of skin is quite low. Our laser is a new model from "Light Age" one of the best makes available. It uses alexandrite as the laser medium, which produces the ideal laser spectrum for permanent hair removal for all skin types. Our technician has specialized in laser hair removal for over 6 years and is also a trained aesthetician. She is extremely knowlegeable in laser hair removal and in skin treatments, and for that reason she is now treating a dermatologist, two neurologists and has an extremely loyal client base.
Great Spa in New York City!!! – My experience at Spa Ja was excellent! The staff are courteous and skilled, the atmosphere is pleasant, and services are phenomenal! I highly recommend the oxygen facial. Despite the fact that Flor, my beautician, was really "working" my face, I left the spa looking radiant, and NOT RED! A wonderful experience from start to finish. – My first review but with such an excellent experience at Spa Ja had to share it with others. During business trip SpaJa came highly recommended by the Staff at the American Express Platinum Concierge and as usual their advice was excellent! Staff accommodated next day appointment. Outstanding! – Spa Ja is truly a world apart! The quality of their treatment and the professionalism of their staff is unsurpassed. The manicure and pedicure are excellent;the message with heated stonesan "out of this world experience" and the facials aer pure bliss. On a recent visit to NYC, at the urging of friends, I booked a morning of treatments at Spa Ja. WHAT A TREAT! The staff are knowledgable and at the same time nurturing. They seemed to sense my every need. The massage with heated stones was so totally relaxing that I drifted on to the Oceana 5 hydortherapy room in a trance. The Best Laser Hair Removal Treatment – I went to Spa Ja to get a laser treatment: to remove my hair permanently and to get rid of my ingrown hair. I have to say that Roxanne is the best technician for hair removal. She treated me with patience and care; most importantly she was extremely professional and did an amazing job with my thick hair.
