I cut my foot very badly in one of their pools on a loose tile or sharp object left in the water. Blood was gushing into the water and they still didn't clear the pool of bathers. I was hobbling for a week and in bandages for two weeks, not allowed to enjoy my summer vacation. Had to take antibiotics and have a tetanus shot. Was offered free tickets to return to their poorly maintained facility but no compensation as it was an 'accident'. The best korean spa I have ever been to.
Too many kids running around...ruins experience for adults...especially in hot tub pool area...kids walk right up to the bar and splash you.
Everything was perfect except for the girl who charged us when we left, very despot and without manners, the other very attentive employees.
what a wonderful experience my friends and I had. Massages, saunas, pools, the salt room, the ice room, the Jade room.......all day relaxation....well needed.
I found the staff to be very rude. Not the sweet older lady that did my body scrub but the ladies at the desk. Also they do NOT combine gift cards .. which is ridiculous! I will not return it was very amusement park like.. not like a spa.
Well I went there with my friends for my birthday . I wanted to have a relaxing day but in the pool where do many kids it looks like a public pool not a spa to relax . But the sauna where nice the place is huge so many people there was so crowded . But I was with my friends I had a nice time with them . The drinks are so expensive and water down . They do not have a place to change your clothes do everyone goes to the bathroom such are small . You think with all the places here they will have a room to change oh well .
