I had a great time it was my first time here... a friend gave me tickets to go with my daughter..I told my niece to go with me we had a blast other then she said she will Never take her kids.. which I Agree Kids should not be allow!!!

I was at Spa Castle Queens on 2/16. Awful and rude treatment by the staff member!!! I received a body scrub and after I was done the women followed me out to the dressing room yelling Cash, cash!!! Cash is better, tip, tip!!! I was so embarrassed!!! I explained that I only came with my credit card for expenses. She continued to say “ you have cash?” I walk to the counter in the locker room and while I signed she looked over my shoulder while I was signing. She stated $15 is good for tip. Very rude!!!! Loved the atmosphere, my friends and i had a good time,didn't like kids running around all over you in the spas and saunas, foid was good ,would definitely recommend, not for kids.

I’m pleased with my Spa experience. The outdoor pool is so amazing that even in the middle of winter on a freezing point weather they are able to maintain the hot water of 102 degrees that keep us customers warm outside using their Spa pool ! Great experience !😊
