To Begin , It is way too crowded, the lines are too long, You dont get the REAL effect of a Spa Day, Some of the Asian Staff were rude, You're not allowed to wear slippers unless you buy it from them.. if not you're forced to walk bair foot. Spa castle is more recreational facility with spa amenities.
The facilities are very nice however the people who work there aren't the nicest. If the customer service was a little better the experience would be an amazing one.
If you going to this place you have to be ready for extra pay for stuff.I feel uncomfortable when I cannot wear my slippers in public places, even when you going to restroom .. also , I got a small towel( which I use for face ,usual), why ???? I came to SPA huge place !Some stuff look like old , something was broken , the loungers look like 10000000 people used them . Disgusting place (
This was actually my second time at Spa Castle & so far i have had great expieriences both times. Would of liked to enjoy the outside pools this time around but it was a bit cold out. Staff seemed to be on point and friendly. For those going for the first time with children be aware that there is a naked area right by the locker rooms... Hope you all have a great time as well ; Ill be back soon �
Loved it..very clean spacious and inviting. The food was delish as well.
Had a wonderful time with my friend as a gift for her birthday. We really enjoyed the pools and saunas. She got a massage and said it was the best massage she ever got. Was a very enjoyable day. Would love to go back again. Didn't mind the uniform because everyone has the same thing on in the public areas. Wasn't a problem actually liked the idea
The Customer Service at Spa Castle SUCKS. Other then the Rude Receptionist by the Name of Kim at the Front Desk, most of the employees are Foreigners. I will go back for the comfort but I will leave my hospitality at the Door
I Enjoyed Myself. The Stress Massage Was Great. The Place Was Very Clean.
Had a great time went during the week used Groupon. not too crowded very relaxing
