I would give 2 stars because I did enjoy myself in the actual pools and saunas. However, the customer service I received from the "manager" and the valet parking was disgusting. Long story short, I had issues with being over charged for food so while the gentleman was fixing that issue, valet brought my car down but couldn't leave it in front since I wasn't ready which is fine.
