If it was possible to rate Spa Belle Meade with zero stars I would. I came in for a facial, which I have zero complaints about. However, as a result of that facial (more than likely from the extractions they said), I have a red mark on my forehead. I called immediately following the facial and communicated my concerns and was told that often times there is redness following a facial and to give it time.
