I made a last minute decision to escape the heat in the desert to the most beautiful beach in Southern California at Hotel Del. Best decision ever!! Our ocean view room was available for check in upon our early arrival at noon(check in is 4:00pm). Everyone was very friendly, accommodating & efficient...from Valet parking, bellman, housekeeping, room service, ice cream parlor & pool/beach attendants. Had an incredible stay. Every bit I took at any of the 4 restrants were savory. See you every 4th July weekend it is now a tradition.

The Hotel Del Coronado always amazes us. It was a beautiful experience, and we hope to come back soon. This was our second stay, and even though it took a little longer to prepare our room, the service gesture that equaled two free drinks, free chair and umbrella rental, and chocolate bars, more than made up for it. I love the hotel's character and rich history. Thank you again for our family memories.
