Spectacular location and grand vibe. Room not ready on check in and ESPN2 not working. As good as it is, food overpriced. So not perfect and not yet 5 stars. But staff working hard to get there.
Had a great time with family last Thanksgiving! Looking forward to it again this year!!
The rooms in the ocean tower are paper thin and thus you can hear what’s going on in the rooms around you. Annoying! The B&S bar makes delicious cocktails! And the beach out front is amazing.
We love the Del, we have spent many weeks here. Love the vibe on Coronado. We came to remember Leo Commandeur on his one year anniversary since he left this earth. Our family has enjoyed so many memories here and we will always come back. One his favorite places and I️ consider it my home. What better place to remember a husband and father with my kids.

Very nice stay, expensive but nice. We're Hilton honors members trying to retain gold status. Upon request we received upgrade to ocean view room king bed with mini balcony overlooking pool/ocean in which to better view the glorious sunset. Drinks by the courtyard/pool area, bfast next morning at the cheaper buffet ... we decided to forego the fancier $96 all u can eat buffet for the cheaper complimentary one.. worth it.. good food, good service, great places to walk around coastal side & city area. We'll definitely be back!

Been going to this grand hotel for years, either as a guest or just for lunch with friends to one of the beach bars. Very enjoyable, lots to see, and so much history.
