Worst experience ever! The girl at check in was rude and told me to lower my voice not realizing that I was having a hearing issue due toy ears popping from the change in altitude. 7pm and my room still isn't ready! Aweful! Wish I could cancel my reservation but they will just charge my card anyway!
Very nice - found the food very good for a conference facility. Rooms clean and modern!
