Had a massage here today. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is top tier, dark and relaxing which is what I like.
The spa uses a 3rd party company to conduct their gift card sales online and it's a total scam. They are unable to recover a gift card from their records we purchased for Christmas. The Spa and Hotel say it's left up to the 3rd party company they use yet that company continously refers us back to the Hotel. Unfortunate they got us to pay double.
I wouldn’t come back because of the third part that’s involved with their gift card service; all I have to say is beware you may get your money taken
Amazing. I've only ever been twice and whole expensive it was def worth it.
