Staff went beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and I appreciate that. The eucalyptus shower was nice. The Jacuzzi and door the spa smelled kind of bad so that stunk I got a couples massage and unfortunately, we were kind of disappointed. We both wanted more firmer body work, but these were more Fūfu massages
Don't tell anyone about this but I want to share a secret, the best spa in Bham is Ross Bridge. This spa and my deep tissue massage, (thanks John), absolutely is the best I've ever experienced. I went in to improve some muscular soreness but left with improved well-being from every aspect of wellness. Thanks to the staff from the checkin process, attendant and check out experience. I went with friends and had an incredible time! Started w champagne in a beautiful hot tub, then we each had a facial and message….best day ever! The facial was amazing and message was so nice. The over-all experience was 10/10. Perfect way to spend a day and treat yourself!!! I will be going back!
