It’s fine. Not sure what the last review meant. There’s a new system where it just checks in with a license plate scanner in and out. You don’t have to type anything, grab a ticket, or whatever. Only thing that kinda sucks is how tight the path is, especially when people are parked on both sides and not all the way in.
What up with the two random poles in the drive lane? Looks to been hit quite a few times, why not relocate them??
Garage recently updated to a new system. I frequently have to wait in line for 5+ minutes in the morning or evening because daily parkers now have to completely register at the gate which delays monthly parkers. There are no gates exclusively for monthly parkers. I was shouted at by an employee once and called an “idiot” in the same interaction when I politely shared my feedback on the new system.
Garage is clean. We'll lit. Covered. The garage has 2 ways to pay. You can scan a qr code from your vehicle or pay a machine.
Easy in and out, but the price on there parking page for both reservation and drive up is 10.00 per day and when I arrived it was 15.00 for the day. Checked again after I got home and still 10.00
