Avoid at all costs if you can. The garage will allow you to enter after hours, but then will close a door that you need to call a person in order for you to get back in. That alone cost ~26 dollars, but you still have to pay for parking. The posted active hours of 7am-7pm are nominally when the garage is "open" and the other posted hours of 6pm-12am are when you can call someone to drive from ~20 minutes away to open the garage. Tiny, cramped lanes, double and triple parked cars blocking you into miniscule parking spots, and on top of it all parking here is extremely expensive. Easily the worst parking experience I've ever had.
If I could put 0 stars I 100% would put it. worst ever parking garage that doesn’t have an exit for pedestrians, It doesn’t say it is close, and it opens the garage door to get in to the Parking Garage when is close, then there is no way to get out of the building, my family felt scared because they thought we got stuck without any way to get out of the building. This place offers an early bird special of $15 before 9am but you have to stay until AFTER noon or you pay $23. This is a scam for anyone coming to this area for medical appointments in the hospital and surrounding medical buildings. Try colonial parking instead. Next time I’ll park the street and risk a ticket. I’d rather give my money to DC than this disgusting company that only cares about ripping people off.
This is not 24 hr parking!!!!
