Reserved parking for a concert. Had to pay again to leave. Took 20 minutes to get someone on the phone, then I had to get transferred. Lady tells me that parking was only good for 6 hours...after I read it clear states 8 hours. Said I was 8 minutes over 6 hours..so they charge me another $25 lmao??? Won't use this garage again!
This is for the security guards at the front desk. You would think that after paying $25 for 3 hours of parking, I'd be able to take a quick second in the lobby to take a picture of their beautiful art. Instead, I got barked at that the lobby was only for building residents and the parking garage...

Parked here in February on a Saturday. Paid through their parking.com website. Came back later in the day, they had closed everything up and there was no way to get it. Had to call phone numbers which no one was able to help. Finally someone just happened to come out of the building and let us in only to find a parking fine on the window. No parking attendant anywhere in the building, no one answered the 800 numbers posted in the garage.
