Absolute worst staff and security. Rude and unprofessional. Park at your own risk. Certainly DO NOT use SpotHero as this location will deny access and not honor any parking reservations. They’ll tell you to request refund from SpotHero which has other complications that come with. SpotHero will refuse to provide a refund even if Sp+ Parking doesn’t honor your parking request.
'Early Bird' parking rate Advertising is misleading. They advertise $15, but then charged me $23. I will never parking there again.
SpotHero parking is a rip off. When I clicked “how to get there” it took me to a movie theater. No number to call them until I sent them a message the next day and they wouldn’t refund my money. Never again!
This is not a public parking garage. It is a valet service for guests and visitors to the hotel. Where they actually put your car is a mystery. I walked entirely around the building and found no garage.
