I have been trying to get ahold of Craig, who I was directed to by another employee, all day. I have LITERALLY called the establishment almost 30 times and left multiple messages. It is a Monday and I’ve called all day from 11am-5pm and never once got a person on the phone who could help me. Just an answering machine or a busy signal. It’s truly criminal to tow someone’s car and then not allow them to retrieve it. This company is simply unethical and unprofessional. -100 stars
Pay station took my money and did not print out a ticket. Do not park here.
