Sign on the garage says they open at 9am on Sunday, but they refuse to open until 11am. We will never use this garage again.
Not opening and having no way to access the garage to get to your vehicle until 11 on weekends is crazy work given that this location is surrounded by hotels where check out is also 11 and a convention center that's busy earlier on the weekends. Staff is largely unhelpful and gave us the run around instead of providing useful assistance.
Pricing is nice, but they don’t open until 11 AM on the weekends which is highly inconvenient for the hotel stairs you need to check out at 11 AM and they are no help in getting into the building before 11 AM. We were at a convention and we had about 30 people waiting outside and they still had no help to give us.
Vriendelijk personeel en een nette schone parkeergarage. Precies wat je verwacht. Vrijdags betaalde wij 19 dollar en zaterdags 20 dollar.
Please update the hours of operation sign on the building! Could save a lot of people a lot of headaches.
