Good location to the sites we were visiting. Easy in and out. Safe
I would give zero stars if I could. This garage on 13th Street in downtown DC is running what feels like a predatory setup. Around 8:00 PM, there were ~30 people locked out, waiting to retrieve their cars because the garage doors were closed. Everyone had to call a support line, wait for someone to arrive, and then pay an extra $25 just to get their own vehicle. There is NO clear signage outside indicating the garage closes. Horrible experience. If the parking attendant said, "must be out by 11pm," one more time to me! We told him '2 hours,' when we drove in (8pm). "Give me your credit card!" How about some manners? Fyi, you can take the elevator up to an area that connects you to F Street, but you're not allowed back that way. Try telling a limping, elderly 80yo she has to walk around the side of the building and down 3 flights of stairs to get to the car she rode in! Jerks! Reserved a spot at this location via SpotHero on the day after thanksgiving. The garage was closed. Spoke with the manager who suggested I park at an SP+ parking garage closeby. She said they would accommodate my reservation. They did not and it cost me considerably more. Will avoid SP+
