Parking garage is well kept, well lit, and overall nice. However we had a bad experience with an employee on Sunday August 2nd at approx 4:30 PM at the entrance. We had been parking there daily prior without incident. We had accessibility issues and a lot to carry and needed to walk down or use the elevator to get down to our car. Employee kept trying to badge us in to go down steps to get to where the elevator is. Booked a pass weeks ahead for an event, it says it’s open 24 hours, came it at 8:30 AM and the shutters are closed. Such a hassle, had to find parking somewhere else. To anyone reading this, trust the reviews. Save yourselves the headache.
Glad I read these reviews before parking. When I saw the rates I was going to park here instead of the hotel valet, but since this seems to be a case of bait and switch, I opted for the hotel!
Went to the address google maps took me to and there's no garage there so if this garage exists don't follow the google maps instructions
Gotta admit, I was hesitant to park here after all the negative reviews but decided to give it a shot anyway. I booked online with no issues at all. Got the QR code emailed to me right away as well as a picture that showed the garage entrance. Once I got there the garage was well lit, clean and spacious enough for an SUV. No issues getting in or out. (There is construction going on in the adjacent building so you have to walk up/down the ramp to leave and enter on foot.
