Terrible space issues
Missed my dinner reservations trying to get into this garage. The area is so congested you’ll have to circle the block at least 3 times to get in. When we got down there, in spite of it being listed as 24, it closed at 7 with no access. When I was down there, I attempted to pay but the code didn’t work, adding another half hour onto my trip as I attempted to find a good garage. I went in to park and was confused. I did not see clear signage on how to pay. I am still trying to figure out how to actually pay for the time I parked. Needs more obvious signage for prices and directions for payment. It’s also not 24hrs either.
NOT ACTUALLY 24HRS Was turned away and told 'no parking' at 7pm on a Friday
Good parking spot, self-service for the most part. Garage closes at 6pm, but is able to be accessed automatically with a car. The main issue is if you park your car and need to leave the garage after 6pm. There is no pedestrian access, so you have to call the number on the sign to get someone to remotely access the gate. The customer service was great, but the representative had to start a new session to open the gate.
