Terrible parking garage. They close at 7pm and there is no way to get your vehicle out after that unless you sneak in when someone else jailbreaks their vehicle like you. Calling the building is NO HELP, because they are not authorized to open the gate. The website for the garage is useless because the “contact” links don’t work. It’s like they want your vehicle to be stuck there and held ransom. Just another scam artist in DC.
Really expensive compared to other garages in the area.
Worst parking ever! I followed all their instructions, paid like 20 bucks for 20 minutes, and i had a receipt with the parking time, all neat and sqare. and then, a month later, they send me a violation with an entry time stated TWO MINUTES Earlier than my receipt, and asking me to pay 36 BUCKS! 36!! ARE YOU GUYS FOR REAL? I think their website had a button to file a dispute that didn't work, or some other nonsense. So I file a dispute somehow, maybe sending them an email, whatever. The parking space and payment option was good, my only concern is that is not appropriate for disabled people. To get in or out the parking structure the only option is to use the stairs or walk all the way back you drove your car in ( no sidewalk) which is not too safe. There was no elevator access in the parking floor levels, only for the building floors.
I'm blown away by the level of customer service for a parking garage. I've needed to contact the garage's managers several times and without fail, each time they responded promptly and answered my question or handled the matter. Also, the garage is very clean and well lit. Alex and Ryan are fantastic!
