Booked a Capitals parking pass online via StubHub, total cost ended up to be $38. Arrived 41 minutes early before the arena doors opened so we could grab food and go in to watch warmups with our kid. They insisted on a “federal inspection” of our vehicle by a rent-a-cop including opening our trunk, and then let us park.
