Very nice parking garage. The employee who was there was very friendly and helpful.
Bike friendly. Free access and bike rack.
Reserved spot online for 8 hours and arrived to be told that our spot was not available because we didn't arrive right at the beginning of our reservation. Would not use parking.com ever again for this
Parking was fine but leaving was another issue, couldn’t pay and tried several times but it didn’t work. Had to call for help to get buzzed out. Also just across the street from the parking garage we witnessed a group of kids spitting on people and then push a mobility scooter down a flight of stairs. I don’t know if it was an isolated incident or if we were not in the best part of town, my kids were scared and we didn’t use this parking garage for the remainder of our time in DC.
Easy to find parking and great sign with exact pricing displayed right when you enter.
