I had the breakfast buffet at Sozo on Saturday. The food wasn't cold, but it had been sitting out for a while. Then the waitress offered to refill my drink, and after 10 minutes, I still had an empty glass. I had heard great things about the food and service. Maybe it's only good if you order off of the menu. Just to complete my lackluster experience, evidently the register wasn't working very fast, because I waited another 5-10 minutes to pay.
What an amazing experience from start to finish tonight!! We had a party of 20 - split between 4th grade girls and adults: all from Omaha. The food was superb and the timing of apps, salads, kids meals, main entrees and deserts was perfect; not to mention the restaurant was full and the private room was having an event. Our two servers were very attentive and took excellent care of the entire party. The adults are wondering when is SoZo coming to Omaha?!?!
Best smashed potatoes in the state!!!
