I had a hard time getting someone to do leaf cleanup. I scheduled two people who never showed up. Brian called me right back on a Sunday. I explained my problem. We worked out a payment schedule and pickup schedule, and he and a colleague came the very next day on Monday and made the first pickup. They were friendly and professional. They will continue with the schedule for the leaves. I will consider them for future tasks.
