Submitted a ticket with them over 223 days ago for a pressing issue that has the potential to ruin a neighboring house/vehicle. Last communication on it was that it was on the schedule to be addressed and that was over two months ago; still not addressed. Submitted only two other support tickets and those were never addressed either. In the end, nothing was done for anything.
I’d given this people 0 stars if I could. HORRIBLE service, stay away if you can!!
ZERO star, NO STAR. MINUS! It was a nightmare with this company handling our HOA. Nothing was done over the couple of years! They did not take any action against the homeowners who are in default on HOA fees, and it impacted other homeowners! They would just ignore the emails if they don't feel like dealing with the homeowners. Who would schedule our HOA meeting at 1 pm on a weekday???? They do! Your HOA fee is for the community; we cannot waste it!
