If 0 stars was an option that’s what I would give. This HOA has been nothing short of a complete disappointment. Communication is practically nonexistent unless they’re sending out notices or fines, and even then it’s inconsistent and unclear. When actual issues arise—like maintenance or repairs—they drag their feet for days or weeks, if they respond at all. It feels like residents are left to deal with problems on their own while still being expected to pay dues on time without question. Mary has been nothing but rude.
This property management company is run by individuals who are just worried about the bottom line. Upon calling to inquire about a violation. I was met with complete hostility when asking questions pertaining to my neighborhood. There is absolutely no parking and over 20+ people are making the same violation as me. Sovereign jacobs has no interest in resolving issues or providing information when requested. For paying $200+ a month for a home owners association surprised to be met with a “ you can look it up yourself “
