My condo was with sovereign and Jacob for six years. We had three property managers in that time. There was a conflict with the last property manager and they suggested we find another property management company. That was fine with us and then all of a sudden they said they were dropping us in 30 days. They provide good service until you have some sort of conflict with them and then they’ll drop you. Just be warned.
