I have been living here for a year, and this is by far the best place I have ever lived in Madison. Sheila, the apartment manager, is simply the best manager I have ever met. She is responsible, communicative, organized, kind, responsive, professional, and incredibly efficient. I honestly don’t think there are enough positive words to describe her. I lived at The Sovereign during grad school and was very impressed. The management is great--Sheila Olson is really wonderful to work with. My apartment was on the east side and it was a little dark, but the apartment was spacious and extremely convenient for bus travel to campus.

I have been living here since fall 2020. I love this place. Quiet and friendly neighbors. The only con I found is that the elevator isn’t working most of the time.

I’ve lived at Sovereign for the past two years, and honestly, it’s the best apartment one could imagine. The apartment manager, Sheila, truly cares about the residents. She always goes above and beyond to offer as much flexibility and help as possible. She’s so caring, capable, responsive, and reliable — she really deserves all the praise.
